Starvision Help client from OOH to DOOH

Our valued client, one of Italy's leading outdoor media companies, has been working with us for many years and over those years we have supplied a total of approximately 500 units of mupi, including wall-mounted mupi, free standing and scrolling city light poster. These assets have been widely deployed in airports, metro stations, streets, park ,etc. and, thanks to their prime location, mupi has been a consistently profitable business for our client over the past few years.

With the increasing demand for DOOH and PDOOH in the industry, our client decided to invest in DOOH by revamping the existing mupi to digital screens. For environmental and cost efficiency reasons, we kept the existing main structure of the mupi and redesigned the door structure because of the difference in visible size between the 6 sheet poster and the 75" LCD screen.

For the indoor unit, we integrated an LG 75-inch 500nits 4K industrial panel, mounting structure, and also a digital camera for audience analysis and an industrial MINI PC, stereo speakers, and fans for cooling.

After prototyping and testing, we have now successfully delivered over 150pcs 75" digital screens and structures for converting mupi into digital displays.

As for the existing outdoor mupi, due to the harsh outdoor environment, we have to deal with high brightness environment, sunlight effect, heating, humidity, waterproof, dust proof and even vandalism, we design and manufacture waterproof housing with smart cooling system, equipped 75 inch and 86 inch screens with brightness 3000nits, protected by anti-reflective coated glass to ensure the screen is readable in sunlight.
